Team Leader: Joe Anderson Our Mission: “Our purpose is to elevate common burdens or tasks, so other ministries can effectively focus on the word of God.” Maintenance Team Responsibilities: Comfort Level (HVAC) We routinely monitor each area of ministry to ensure that it is properly maintained. - Temperature - Return Air Flow - Humidity Levels - Elevate positive air flow - Knowledge of HVAC controls good, but not a must. Heavy Custodial We check restrooms to make sure they are clean and ready for service. - Restock all paper goods - Empty trash receptacles - Refill soap dispensers - Check all electronic and mechanical devices for proper operation - Check plumbing for leaks Exhaust fans (running, clean, and operational) - We empty trash receptacles (Outside, lobbies, bathrooms, and café) - We check the auditorium before, in between, and after services. - Trash / Debris - Chairs for proper alignment Safety All areas of the facility are routinely inspected to insure safety. - Children’s Area’s / Teen Areas / Adult Areas Building Security (Not Promiseland Security) - Check floors for slip hazards / clean them up use proper signage Maintenance We make regular walk-throughs of each area and inspect for maintenance issues. - Burn out light bulbs - Broken or defective equipment / furniture / toys etc… - Minor building repair Baptisms We help remove grates and get baptismal ready when we have a baptism. Time Commitment Saturday 1st 2:30 to 4:45 \ 2nd 4:45 to 7:30 r> Sunday 1st 8:00 to 10:15 \ 2nd 10:15 to 12:45 If you would like to volunteer for this Ministry, please click here |
