A Misleading Feeling... As New Hope grows there is the potential that some might think: “This church is so big they don’t really need me.” However, nothing could be further from the truth! Team Organization Each ministry is broken down into small groups of people who work together to accomplish specific tasks. All of these tasks contribute to the success of the ministry, and therefore, to the success of the church in carrying out the mission: To know Christ and to make Him known. The Bible says, “The Holy Spirit has fitted us all together into one body. The body has many parts, not just one part. God has made many parts for our bodies and has put each part just where he wants it. The eye can never say to the hand, ‘I don’t need you.’ The head can’t say to the feet, ‘I don’t need you.’ And some of the parts that seem weakest and least important are really the most necessary. If one part suffers, all parts suffer with it, and if one part is honored, all the parts are glad.
