Team Leader: John Davis What is a Care Group? CARE Groups are full of people just like you working together to become just like Christ. The CARE Group Ministry Team will help you develop the skills needed to lead a group as well as partner you with a coach to help after you begin. Ministry Responsibilities v Meet: Gather with 6-12 friends on a regular basis for fellowship, Bible study and prayer. v Minister: Look for ways to meet the needs of group members when necessary. v Mentor: Develop someone to replace yourself.
